The Beauty Social operates using GoHighLevel infrastructure and may include integrations with trusted third-party services.

3. Accounts & Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any team members or authorized users added to your workspace. The Beauty Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features of The Beauty Social may require an active paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, features, and offerings may change at any time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are billed on a recurring basis

Fees are non-refundable

Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension

Users are responsible for maintaining updated billing information.

6. Intellectual Property & Platform Resources

6.1 Ownership of Platform Resources

The Beauty Social provides users with access to proprietary platform resources, including templates, workflows, automations, funnels, forms, educational materials, onboarding resources, social media tools, and custom system configurations created specifically for The Beauty Social platform.

All proprietary platform resources remain the intellectual property of The Beauty Social.

6.2 Ownership of User Data

Users maintain ownership of their personal business data, including but not limited to:

Contacts and client information

Invoices and financial records

Branding and uploaded content

Customer communications

Personal business materials uploaded into the platform

Users may export their own contacts, financial information, and personal business data at any time, subject to the functionality available within the platform and connected third-party providers.

6.3 Restrictions on Proprietary Resources

Users may not copy, recreate, transfer, resell, distribute, duplicate, export, share, or reproduce any proprietary platform resources outside of The Beauty Social without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Workflows and automations

Funnel templates and structures

Forms and onboarding systems

CRM setup configurations

Educational materials and trainings

Social media planning resources

Platform organization methods

Internal systems and processes

6.4 Platform Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

The Beauty Social is powered through GoHighLevel infrastructure and may integrate with trusted third-party services including, but not limited to:

Stripe

Meta

Google

Twilio

Other connected integrations and software providers

Certain features, functionality, and services may depend on these third-party providers and are subject to their availability, functionality, and individual terms of service.

6.5 Prohibited Use

Users agree not to access or use The Beauty Social platform for the purpose of:

Copying or recreating the platform

Reverse engineering systems or workflows

Replicating proprietary resources

Building competing systems using platform materials

Sharing proprietary resources outside of authorized use

6.6 Account Suspension or Termination

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to The Beauty Social platform and resources.

13. Community & Conduct

If community features, educational groups, or collaborative spaces are provided, users agree to participate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, threats, manipulation, or harmful conduct toward staff or community members will not be tolerated. The Beauty Social reserves the right to remove users from community spaces at its discretion.
